Having the right apps is a huge asset for a business. There are so many resources out there for businesses to take advantage of—file sharing, data collecting or consulting. Whatever you need, there’s an app for it. We’re sharing three of our favorite apps.
Our Top 3 – Not In Any Order (well maybe)
First on our list is G Suite (formerly Google for Work); a diverse platform of products that are beneficial for organization and productivity. Being organized, with the right tools all in one place, can provide both entrepreneurs and organizations with efficiencies that will allocate time for other things. G Suite provides all the major tools to run a business; email, calendars, message boards, hard drives for documents, file sharing, Microsoft programs and more. Using G Suite can be very accessible and convenient.
Dropbox is our second app we can’t live without resource. Like G Suite, Dropbox offers file sharing services. It is a technology company that provides storage, file sharing, synchronization and software. We use DropBox mostly for file storage and transferring large files; it can also be used to share videos and images. DropBox is simple, collaborative and safe.
Last but not least, Pinterest—one of our most favorite apps. Pinterest is a network of visual boards; it allows users to share content and network based on videos, images, objects and ideas. Pinterest is very helpful when creating mood boards as stated in our Color Matters post. Pinterest is inspirational, fun and reliable. It’s great for any creative project.
There are a plethora of other apps to help businesses be more efficient. Some apps offer free services, while others can cost a lot of money. Whether they cost or not, hopefully the resources you use will enhance the efficiency, quality and productivity of your company. Apps can really help businesses where they need it the most.
